To reserve bedrooms delegates should call the Reservations office during office hours, Monday to Saturday 9-5pm* on 01463 257100, quoting Association for International Agricultural and Extension Education (AIAEE). A card is required to guarantee a booking.
Alternatively guests could communicate via email to reservations@kingsmillshotel.com and if they do not wish to phone with card as guarantee, we can send a payment link for secure online prepayment.
*As a friendly side note, Scotland is currently on BST (British Summer Time) which is +5 hours ahead of EST (Eastern Standard Time).
