AIAEE Conference Locations and Date
2021 - Virtual
The 2021 AIAEE Conference will be held ONLINE, April 12-14, 2021. Visit our virtual conference site at https://aiaee.wordpress.com/. An author must register and present the poster in order for the poster to be placed in the conference proceedings and be eligible for an award. Directions for accepted Poster Presentations: Each poster will be allocated 5 minutes for presentation during the conference poster session. Posters must be created and submitted by March 1, 2021 as a PDF to Dr. John Diaz at . Posters can be created on PowerPoint and converted to a PDF for submission.
Directions for converting to PDF: 1) If your poster is in PowerPoint: Choose File | SaveAs and PDF format. Check the option for Minimum Size.; For other software save the file as PDF or print to PDF. Open in Acrobat (not Reader) and reduce the file size if possible. Please ensure that your poster is of adequate quality that it can be viewed online. As a reminder, posters are 48" x 48" in our traditional conference setting. Please continue to follow that as a guide.
Directions for accepted Oral Presentations: You will have five (5) minutes to present your oral presentations live via Zoom for the 2021 AIAEE Conference. Your presentation must be created using Microsoft PowerPoint. The presentations should include a cover slide that provides the title of the abstract and all authors. Then, you should save the PowerPoint presentation as a PDF. The PDF file should be emailed to Dr. Richie Roberts at by March 1, 2021.
