Transportation: From the San Jose International Airport, you will need to use the national Taxi service. The ride can average 20 minutes to over an hour depending on traffic. Car rental is available in the airport as well.

Conference Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 30 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Friday, March 13, 2026. All reimbursements will be subject to a 50% service fee. No refunds will be issued within one month of the start of the conference. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Kristina Hains, AIAEE Treasurer.
